Silicone heater is mainly composed of alloy heating element and silicon rubber insulation .
It is fast heating, temperature uniformity, high thermal efficiency, good toughness, in line
with the United States UL, 94-V0 flammability level of the standard, easy to use, safe, waterproof,
aging life of up to five years.
Applications:
● Moist, non explosive gas environment of industrial equipment, pipeline, tanks, tank
tower heating, etc. can be directly used in the heated parts of the wound surface
● Freeze protection and condensation prevention for air conditioner compressor, motor,
submersible pumps, etc.
● Medical equipment including blood analyzers, respiratory therapy units and hydrotherapy
baths.

- Square, rectangular, round and customized shapes.
- Wattage density up to 45W/SQ.in. (7W/cm2) for certain application
- Temperature range: -58F to 482F (-50C – 250 C)
- Dielectric strength: 1200 VAC
- Thickness range: 0.030 in. to 0.060 in. (0.762mm to 1.524mm)
